it is a ting wid patty shap....and nealry all shap in Jamaica (mi nuh mean inna deh toruis area dem)... if ah deh owna ah serve tings run smooth... but if is an employee, uh get dat attitude...my experience of customer service....

Is not Golden Crust alone. Dem hav wan Bakery inna Sunrise FL. (pan 57st if mi memba). Di ooman behind di counter ask mi whe mi want? Mi told har two patties. Shi put 3 inna di bag, soh mi sey, no is only 2 I wanted. Shi grabbed di bag inna huff, an kiss har teeth, pull out di extra wan, den proceed tuh mumble suppen tuh wan ah di odda workers behind di counter. Obviously, I never went back into dat Bakery again, but gave mi business to di other one accross di street (on di South side) whe seem tuh understand di value of good attitude toward dem customers. Many NYC business seem tuh also display dis bad trait towards customers, as if dem doing yuh ah favor by serving yuh.

Well at least they don't ignore you like they used to and look you up and down before they decide if you're worth serving, crawl to the counter and say "Is wha you want?" and then crawl away at a snail's pace to get you what you asked for like they used to.

There has been a tremendous improvement in service. If you want slow as molasses, try Egypt.
