What happens if you operate a small business and you have dozens of hungry people each stealing a sandwich from you every day. You may very well end up going broke.

I believe that everyone has the RIGHT to have enough food to eat in order to avoid malnutrition but only through the use of food banks or government sponsored food distribution programs. Raise my taxes to feed the hungry if need be but do not allow them to steal from me when I am trying to operate a business in order to pay those taxes.
