X6 Murder update court delay

this murder kicked me in the teeth when it happened....the Johnny Was scanario....I cannot see a BMW X series without remembering this....interestingly I think Powell peoples are from ST E and are known cricketers... may be related to Colin....

UPDATE: X6 murder trial postponed to July

KINGSTON, Jamaica - The trial of Patrick Powell, the businessman charged with the murder of 17-year-old Khajeel Mais, has been postponed until July 1.
The case is postponed as an older case, pending since 2003, was given priority in the Home Circuit court this morning.

Powell is charged with the shooting death of the Kingston College student in July, 2011.
Mais was killed after the taxi in which he was a passenger was reportedly fired upon in Havendale, St Andrew by the driver of a BMW X6 motor vehicle.
Powell is accused of shooting at the taxi in a fit of road rage.

dont be suprised if yuh hear dat ballistics dont match and dem cant confirm is his weapon.

i expect first ting in july there will be a no case submission accepted by the crown.
