There are too many layers of complexity to answer your question however I had an interesting discussion the other day with some friends around black women not wanting to date outside their race. The discussion was complex but the bottom line was that black men seem comfortable dating someone of any race while black women did not. We did not come to a agreeable conclusion however the belief was that instead of focusing on the black men dating outside of their race black women should keep all options open.

Blonde wig or extensions does not count when one is Black but I did an experiment on a dating site that I reported on right here a while back. I created 2 identical profiles except I used a blonde model's portfolio for one profile and a Black model's portfolio for the other. The men went NUTS over the blonde and the Black model's profile received very little attention.
