We have that, they call it 'the crying room'. It can be used for napping or when you feel the need to slap your co-worker. It is supposed to be soundproof, so you can also yell and scream.

The top shottah programmers all have chaise lounges in their offices. They can stop and nap whenever they want.
The days I go into the office, I see no one as teams, peers, etc are located in different time zones and different countries. We communicate virtually throughout the day via chat rooms and bridges.
If there's anything that I miss about going into the office... dressing up for work... and taking a 20 minutes break at the coffee shop in the lobby.
I think this Yahoo no telecommute policy will eventually change and they'll reinstate the company's telecommute policy.
