I was just watching Come Dine with me Canada and one of the hosts had a death metal band for entertainment at his dinner party. The guets seemed to be really into it. I thought "A wha' dat".

Never heard of this kind of noise...I mean music. Am I the only one who has been hiding in a cave?

Been to a few heavy metal concerts, a lady I was serenading so to speak a comely little Bangladeshi was into heavy metal. Her parents did not approve.. She went to a Miles Davis concert with me at the south Bank in London and she wast into Jazz. Heavy metal is just not very talented musicans trying to play like Jimmy Hendriks but lacking the skill so they play lound and make the base and drum over come the guitar....

Rico Rodriguez MBE (born Emmanuel Rodriguez; 17 October 1934^[1]), also known as Reco or El Reco, is a ska and reggaetrombonist. He has recorded with many producers, including Karl Pitterson, Prince Buster, and Lloyd 'Matador' Daley. He is known as one of the first and most distinguished Ska artists. Rodriguez was born in Cuba and moved with his family to Jamaica at an early age.^[2] He grew up in Kingston, Jamaica, and was taught to play the trombone by his slightly older schoolmate Don Drummond at the Alpha Boys School.^[1] In the 1950s, he became aRastafarian and became closely musically related to rasta drummer, Count Ossie.^[2] In 1961, he moved to the UK and started to play in reggaebands there

He was mostly a session man a band member. He has tons of credits on others music and by himself on horns and Dub.
