Senator says scammers, legislators shouldn't take all the blame

Calls on other countries to do more to protect Jamaicans

SENATOR K.D. Knight has urged the Government to undertake an "aggressive approach to getting reciprocity" from other countries, arguing that in the same way Jamaica is enacting legislation to protect citizens of the United States, steps should be taken to stem the flow of guns into Jamaica.

Western Bureau:While the Jamaican Government is trying to stem the lottery scam, it appears that local scammers, who are being threatened with extradition, remain unfazed.

"Extradition is not my problem … . A hungry man is concerned about food - not where it comes from," a self-confessed scammer told Western Focus earlier this week. "They (the Government) are hypocrites … . They are only making noise because the US frightened them."

I saw a news item where dis woman in Maine send a lot of money and den the damn facey bway a left vice mail message telling the poor idiat woman that if she no send de money him a come up to america and do what what not wid har like him him have visa.
