Anybody ever use this site? It reputable or is a sham?

Not a scam. I signed up last year to get recommendations for handyman in my area. You have to pay to be part if Angie's list.

however, I don't see how Angie can guarantee that some of the people who sign up to offer reviews or recommendations aren't affiliated with the very said people dem reviewing

I think the best way is to get recommendation from friends/family members, but even that sometime full a pure problems

That's what I am wondering. Is not like Angie have a team of people out there verifying the quality of those her list recommends.

Round these parts, skilled people are few and far between. Angie might not help me at all.
