He apparently converted to Islam after completing college. I'm not sure what is so difficult to believe about that possibility?

Heard on NPR that he was raised in a Nigerian Christian family. He got into trouble (thug life) in high school so his parents packed up and move to the Midlands where he did better but then he went back to London for college and got caught up with the islamic groups.
