If they blocked you out of malice you are into stalking territory if you try to contact them on the board.
If it is a general block then it ok to post once, bump once or try via a friend.
If it was out of disagreement then it ok to openly apologize once, bump twice, contact via a third party once, further efforts might be considered stalking. -
