RadarOnline has obtained court documents that were recently filed in Fulton County by her landlord, Conya Weems, citing that the former Miss USA-turned-reality-star was short $848 on her $3,999 rent for the month of May. In addition to defaulting on unspecified terms and conditions on the six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Roswell, Ga.Weems is reportedly seeking $2,500 in eviction fees and damages, in addition to rent for the month of June. Moore has until June 7 to respond to Weems' motion.
