I agree, the meal looks a little bland this morning. I think more tomato, green pepper and red pepper would give it the splash of colour needed to improve presentation make it aesthetically pleasing like this dish that I am adding to the table for all to enjoy.
Also, just realizing that I only have chocolate tea on Christmas and New Year's Day when my Mom makes it. Guess I had better get up early and learn how to make it. I had it catered from de shoppe round de cornah today...enjoy.
It is not bunup...I like mine nice and crisp with a variety of shades not one boring dull colour palette like what we were served. The presentation was fine other than that.
Here is more bammy for those who don't share my elavated palette and prefer bammy that is not so well done.
