Love how this starts with a Maroon call. Naturally love the horses.

The firemen remind me of when I went back to Jamaica at age 5. We stayed for a bit in Spanish Towns with friends who used to live across the street from us when they were studying in Montreal. There was a fire station across the street from them. One day the alarm went and my sister and I were so excited to see Black firemen running to catch jump on the firetruck. "Look Mommy Black firemen." That image is indelibly etched in my mind and seeit deh pon de video.

I LOVE the drums in the first section....please take note of the polo. Don't like the girls whining up in carnival dress though. Thye really focused on conveying Out a Many one People. Wha onno tink about de Black ooman marrying and kissing the White Jewish man under the traditional Jewish wedding canopy?

You know, that did make me tear up but I could not help but notice that in those videos, as beautiful as they are, and don't get me wrong, they are beautiful! However, it is a shame there is little in the way economic opportunities to showcase, ie. the sciences, manufacturing, engineering, entrepreneurship, finance, construction and an abundance of skilled trades etc... etc... . If only Jamaica was a leader in those things.

Yes especially the second video made me tear up and both gave me goose bumps. We have a truly beautiful national anthem and when paired with images of our gorgeous country, it's magic.

Yes we need to diversify. We are doing well in IT though.
