The poor pickney mix up but if you look at har good har eye dem have a slight Chinese "look" seeing that one of har great grand parent was Chinese. If I am not mistaken I read a posting once on this same forum where someone kick off about having a Chinese last name and not really looking "Chinese". So what about white folks whose last names are Lee and Young? a whole heap bout the place.

Not so long ago Hispanics in the USA as listed as "White" on their birth certificates - note sure if this is still being done.

I watched the series recently. What was interesting was the "whitening" statues of figures who played roles major roles in the independence of some Latin American nations. The segment on the town in Mexico was very interesting also.

Ebony did a feature about that ages ago. I think it was Argentina and they mentioned the definition of Black has changed. A much higher percentage of the population would be Black using an American definition.

Also it depends on who you talk to. Been seeing this Jamaican guy and he told me his parents are both 100% Jamaican. Met the father recently and he said his wife (they guy's mother is French). I have seen a picture of her and she is Black but I have not met her yet. How could both be true? How could she be 100% Jamaican, Black and French?

French is not an ethnicity. She is now a French citizen perhaps but shi fram yawd.

I'm 100% Canadian (Canadian citizen) but born in JA.

Not sure but makes sense....so Jamaican born or born of Jamaican parents in France, lived in France, returned to Jamaica and eventually got married. I was totally but felt it would have been inappropriate to dig at this point.

Mi Looh....I am learning it is important to ask NUFF questions. Never thought to ask about spanking, kinky preferences, or any other perversions but I now know it is important to ask about what someone is into VERY early when one is initially just exploring whether or not there is any potential. That is a whole different thread though.

alos didnt any one study o'level history in Jamaica ??? In people who came there were small segments on slave rebellion on main land including Yanga in Mexico..I wrote an essay on it I recall...and the greatest Mexican African in Latin America Estebanco was a slave....He was also a serious gallis...
