HSBC send mi a new card..di ongle ting diffrant is dem add WORLD after the HSBC PREMIER...n of course di exp date...mi odda card no expire but dem seh dem ha WORLD card now...so dem sen di pin cause all cr cd ha pin now...mi go di bank n change di pin cause mi like fi use numbas mi can memba...dat was Sunday...now is bout two months since mi ha di new card but was still using di ole card..so mi activate di new, change di pin...Monday mi try use it , it no go tru..mi seh to myself seh it mussi tek 24hrs fi di pin reset...dat is di ongle ting as mi no carry balance tru mi no pay interest rate to nobody....so mi use di ole one wich ha di said numbers etc juss not the word WORLD...so yessiday mi try di card again..it seh not approved...den mi try di ole one...dat seh not approved...so today it run cross mi mind wen mi see di slips as mi was changing handbag...so mi cawl dem...y do they ask u to put in di everlastingly long set of number if wen dem transfer u to a human, di fuss ting dem ask is fi di card numba...soooo irritating...so mi explain wat happen...weh di smaddy seh to me have me sooooo shocked dat dem could seh it , mi was speechless ...dem seh di new card never work as it was not activated...mi neva bodda repeat dat not ongle was it activated but mi was able to change di pin numba...so mi ask den y di ole one never work..dis is wat left me speechless..di man seh di ole one no wuk tru di new one activated....
mi ask him fi repeat wat him juss seh n di man seh it ovah like seh him a read di gospel from di pulpit..di man seh di new card no work tru it no activated n di ole one no work tru di new one is activated dereby voiding di ole one...so mi ask him if di call being recorded..him seh yes...u always get a recording while dem transferring u dat calls r recorded...but mi wanted it on record dat him confirm it...so mi seh to him seh , mi a go hangup n him fi try find di call n lissen to wat him juss tell me a big ooman n expek mi fi believe dat dbl tawk...ah sah... 
so mi heng up n cawl di local branch of HSBC n ask fi mi premier acct smaddy even doah di banking separate from di cr card butttttt....so wen mi gi dem di joke, cause it had to have been a joke, dem laff n seh dem wi cawl di credit card company n hangle it...I swear dat di up coming generation have nutten call sense...whew
