I am very confused my the PMs address to the Rastafarians in Ethiopia. Her talk was very fluffy. It lacked substance and depth. She had an opportunity for meaningful dialogue, to find out what their issues and concerns are and all she did was spout some feel good talk and the usual historical references that every Jamaican school child should know. A basic of presenting is ANY audience is "know thy audience" and customize your material. I am quite It's as if she just wanted to check off the box and say...."Yes we went to Ethiopia and met with the Rastafarian community." She didn't even go and visit them at Shashamane.
