I have zero problems about monetizing the legacy for the benefit of the offspring. In fact his is clearly what Harry is trying to do, profit from the legacy and close associations.
What I have a problem with is that the kids feel they have a right to property which though touched by their father/grandfather/uncle/etc was honestly bequeathed to someone else and that someone else seeks to profit from it.
