I am not backtracking just explaining my intent.

The bottom line is whether it was intentional or not, some people were offended. I have to accept that. I do object to the way in which they expressed it though.

I hope that some people took the time to read the articles and watch the videos I posted. They were tough to find and very inspiring. I had more to share too but mi cyaan boddah. There is little point sharing much of anything on here.

I am not going to touch that question with a 10 foot pole. The bottom line is what the moderator said was a highly offensive statement (don't see how that word could be added to the banned list, it was the context not the word). Yet, none of the other moderators who regularly dogpile me said a word objecting to it. No admin swooped in to take the moderator to task. When another boardite pointed out the offense, in fact, moderators and an admin (from what I understand I didn't see that part) made excuses like oh you know she didn't mean it.

It's what I and others including you have been saying for quite some time now about the lack of objectivity and impartiality of some members of the leadership team. Above all, a moderator needs to be objective and impartial to be effective.

Guess I had better take a screen capture of this too before it disappears. For the record, it isn't only my comments that break no rules that are being deleted (censored) on here.

The evidence has conveniently disappeared but I believe you were one of the very moderators who gave your fellow moderator a pass when she made the highly offensive comment. Of course, we have no way of proving that at this point.

When someone is willing to always assume the best intentions from the members of their clique and assume the worst about others, it definitely shows that one is far from objective and impartial. In the discussion that has now disappeared, a number of moderators showed that they are far from impartial. I do hope a lot of people saw that before it was hidden.

I said I believe but have no proof. I did not say that she did it. She and that usual clique still together like batty and bench so I wouldn't have been surprised. In this case, she wasn't one a dem. Guess she didn't have enough time before it was closed and hidden.
