I hope the mole storyline better than Verna paying an assassin to kill Fitz. Verna hiring a killer made no sense at all and seemed to be a twist for twist's sake.

Huck is the mole and he has been working with Cyrus wife. How is that for twisted?

So the mole actually made sense! Thank goodness.

So how come the VP's office didn't have passwords changed when Billy resigned? Sloppy.

Why was OPA holding on to the Cytron card? Erase it and dash it weh! Careless.

Cyrus is not very observant or a good listener. If he had paid attention, he would have fired Olivia when Fitz asked him to; he could have known what Mellie was up to had he listened to James properly. Deaf, dumb, and blind. And Cyrus has the gall to call James stupid and naive.

I like that Mellie's fixer told her that he can't make Fitz love her. She needs to hear that...repeatedly...until it gets through.

It was hilarious when Mellie was telling her fixer she knew Fitz wouldn't walk away, as if she had anything to do with it. #snicker

He was only in a couple of episodes and his character was very forgettable.

William "Billy" David Chambers is the former Chief of Staff to Vice President Sally Langston. It turns out that he was a main player in the Fitz-Tanner scandal because he was desperate to get his boss, Sally, elected as president. More...

I thought this Billy guy had been killed in the elevator? Well, I wasn't blown away by the reveal. His character was such a non-player... I was more interested that David was the one who passed on the cytron (a so?) card...

So was this the season finale?

I gotta say, I'm kinda going off Scandal...

We only saw Billy in the lift with Charlie as the doors closed, so the writers used that ambiguity to bring back the character. I actually thought Billy was a pretty good villain: a blandly good-looking, seeming nice guy, but absolutely nutters, a hypocrite, and a murderer.

The finale is next week.

'Scandal' Gets Marathon Treatment at BET (Exclusive)7:00 AM PDT 7/19/2013 by Lesley Goldberg

The cable network will air two 14-hour marathons in August of seasons one and two, followed by the debut of a two-hour block on Wednesdays.

ABC's Scandal is coming to BET with two major marathons in August, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

The cable network will kick off the Kerry Washington starrer with season one and the first few installments from its sophomore season with the first of two 14-hour marathons on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The second is set for the following week on Aug. 17, also from 8 a.m.-10 p.m.

The following Wednesday, Aug. 21, the political thriller about a D.C. fixer with professional and personal ties to the president (Tony Goldwyn) will finish up its second season and air for two hours with back-to-back episodes starting at 9 p.m.

Once the episodes run out for both seasons, the series will start over with the first seven from its freshman run, airing in order on Wednesdays leading up to the third season premiere on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 10 p.m. on ABC.

BET acquired early syndication rights to the Shonda Rhimes drama Monday. Washington and recurring guest star Dan Bucatinsky picked up Emmy nominations for their roles in the fast-paced drama on Thursday.

The marathon will provide both an opportunity for megafans to catch up and, ABC would hope, expose new viewers.
