CeeBee, she is both. Easy going, nice gentle soul she is, but very on top of things so she keeps me busy.
I swear Helga grows every minute. The other day I had to have some car repair done so I left Helga home. When I returned 5 hours later her head had grown huge! The next day her neck grew. One day last week I noticed she was longer than she was tall but now she is square again.
We just came in for a little run in the pasture and yes Paris got full of stuff I had to dig out of her hair but it was worth it, they had fun.
I don't know what this is about, but as you can see, Helga is growing fast!

The other good news is Walter is coming in more as it cools down outside, though it hasn't been really cold yet! Yeah Walter!
Helga is growing leaps and bounds! If you take Paris's hair away, Helga is quite a bit larger than Paris right now. It is unbelievable how fast she is growing and it makes me wonder where she will stop.
It has been dark for picture taking since hunting season ended when we could go back out and run but I got these today. Helga said she wanted everyone to see what a big pretty girl she is becoming!

You know Nookie I literally ran in here when I saw Baby Moose!! remembering when I ran into one of them critters and it flipped my car phew!! was a close call they had to cut me out and the critter just sauntered away all I got was some bruises and sore for weeks.
Hi Peasie & Stormmey! Yes Peasie, though she looks silly with her tongue hanging out like that, it is not a Doberman thing to do that, I love this too. Funny Helga, she will die of embarrassment when I show her friends after she grows up.
Stormmey I remember your accident, and having seen Moose up close, I know how big they are and yo are so lucky to be here still. A young couple that lived on a neighboring lake was not so lucky, but they were on a motorcycle.
Tulip Helga is just 5 1/2 months old now. She will be 6 months old on the 26th, so yeah she is huge and it is like I can see her growing!

Last night it finally happened, the day I knew would someday come. Helga knocked Paris upside down on the couch, and pinned here there and Paris could NOT get up! She was like "oh oh I am in trouble now"!
The fun continued on into this morning when I was watching the two of them out the window. Helga can knock Paris over in the snow with such force that Paris went rolling like a bowling ball.
It might be awhile before I can catch this on my camera, because once I am present they stopped.
I did manage to sneak up on them this morning though for a second, and nabbed this shot. Paris can NOT run fast enough, or stop the wild Helga any longer!

Ms Exced, Helga said no way, Paris pulled rank on her for the last two months which is just short of 1/2 of Helga's life! He ha, Paris is in for it. I see shredded poodle hair in the future but I will let them have their fun! I have grooming equipment and access to more so I say let them have at it. Paris is having her first puppyhood play time like this.
No better pic today but the time will come when it will be a regular thing that Paris becomes Helga's bowling ball so opportunities will arise! After Paris's bath tomorrow, it will not be one of those times.
The "Body slam" move was put in full force today. Helga is getting very good on her feet and I will have to try to capture her new moves with my camera, it is hilarious right now with Paris having a<span style="font-style: italic"> "WTH"</span> look on her face! heh..
She is great at calculating the MinPn's on the run and would never bowl them over. it is fun to watch her carefully step over them out in the yard, and cuddle with them inside.
Walter is still hiding till we close the bedroom door before he comes in, and Helga is a Tango cat rub victim.
I heart this puppy, she is the best Doberkid in the universe!
