sounds like you got some pressure on the sciatic nerve going on there. a chiropractic adjustment can easily fix that... natural healing, &amp; no drugs.

It will work so lang as di parents dem noh gwaan like it is &quot;OK&quot; jus as lang as yuh use protection .. When parents teach kids fi respect demself an have an INDEPENDENT MIND (noh falla company) and dem know and fear the consequence of irresponsible behaviour dem wi do what's right.

Wan mi fren try to introduce her 17 yr ole daughta to di pills an shi rejected dem ..nat because shi noh wan tek dem ..but she told her Mom straight up sey shi noh have use fi dem cause shi nat planning on having sex until she is in her 20s. This is a child I watched growing up cause mi know har fram shi was 9. She always into her books and active in school. I know a bunch of boys at church who are very open with their mother about which girl them interested in etc ... They are very focused and school kick them arse any way so them no have any choice

Doc refuses to give me drugs any way... He told me to go get physio ... i guess I should book an appt for monday before I see him next week

yep, that makes sense. PT is good too, but that may not specifically balance the body to get the pressure off the nerve like a chiropractor can. but no doubt it can help improve the situation and lessen the pain.
