if so, that would be no. But wi need to do it then to be exempt right?

thought we could get thru this w/o an attorney but it looking like we might have to consult one

something mi jus read say it muss benefit the community/society...does that have to be a com/soc in the US or anyweh at all

yes...irs non profit tax status.

i'm not sure about whether the community good is exclusive to the us. you need to do your homework.

You kno you can have fictitious board of directors right?
Where you go down to the court house and apply for a fictitious character. You and these fictitious characters form your board, have meetings make notes and make the laws of your organization. You can elect to have your org, pay for your house, car groceries and pay you a salary of 50/wk which would entitle you for all kinds of government assistance including health care fi nuttin

Since your corp will pay for all your needs nuttin wrong wid paying urself de li 50 an denn de irs cyaan badda yuh.
