skells a one lady mi get this from, she use har dutch pot and put inna the oven, she use foil cover the top and then put the dutch pat pan top.


suh mi use mi dutch pot.

I use a rice cooke too. But, my rice is always soft. I am using the amount of water indicated inside the rice cooker pot for the amount of rice that I'm cooking. I guess I should use less water.

all mi know is mi noh like mi rice plucka plucka
and i dont like it dry an shelly like either

like if mi eat cowfoot, mi like sticky rice

mi cook wan pat ah rice yessideh and goign by wat I was told here... mi put een 3 cup ah rice an 6 cup ah wata - that would be 2:1 ratio right?

well de sinting come out like rice puddin

I like my rice wet and sorta clumpy but dis was pan anedda level \o/

so what did I do wrong??? and i used the rice cooker.

umm hush yah mi a nuh big chef but mi know seh sometime, depending pan the &quot;food&quot; doubling the measurements/ratios nuh always wuk out right.


now. did you open up the rice cooker before it did done ? fi see eff it did a guh well saff



to tell yuh the choot, mi radder start out wid less water and add more water as mi guh, cause the rice can always steam dung pan the stove pan a low burner, but once too much water guh in deh, dat cant fix.

as fi the rice cooker, one time mi did use it and yuh know mi want cook the rice more cause mi did mess up the water measurements, the dyam cooker wouldnt tun on back \0/ cause a guess the internal timer signal seh it done.

anyway mi juss tekk out the pot inna the cooker and cook the ress a the way pan the stove
