1. Stew peas and White rice
2. Curry Goat and white Rice
3. Oxtail and Rice and peas wid fry plantain
4. Roast fish stuff wid callaloo and sometimes hawd crackas
5. Hellshire Fish and Festival
6. Fricasee Chicken wid rice and gungo peas and Jcan cole slaw
7. Crispy Duck with bone (Chinese style)
8. Bully Beef and white rice
9. Beef pot roast

1. grilled cheese sandwich with ketchup
2. grilled calamari from Mr. Greek Express
3. saturday soup
4. fried fish with bammy
5. ackee and saltfish with bammy, cassava and green banana
6. curried chicken and quinoa
7. omelet with greens and sharp cheese
8. tomato sandwich topped with cheese, basil and garlic
9. steamed fish with okra
10. raw oats with apple & lemon, walnuts and bananas (breakfast)
<span style="font-weight: bold">Grilled cheese sandwich</span>
butter inside and outside of two slices of bread.
put two slices of plastic cheese, or enough real cheese to cover inner surface of bread.
put a little bit of starter margarine in frying pan, keeping heat low enough so margarine don't burn.
fry the sandwich on one side till crispy and brown.
flip and fry other side until cheese in the middle melts.
put fried sandwich on a plate and squirt some ketchup beside the sandwich.
cut hot sandwich. dip edge into ketchup and take a bite. repeat until done.
