This is the brand they sell in my store. i tried one of the ones with the fruit in the bottom not the plain one that is pictured here. I found the texture to take a little getting use to but I have learned to like it and I do find that one little serving leaves me feeling full. Taste is wonderful.

Milo that is the one I buy on sale and add a little bit of honey and some fruit .... I've added mango, banana, strawberry, blueberry and kiwi. one of those containers gives me 3 servings and yes it leaves me feeling full.

Some taste Better than others

peel cucumber (2 large) and mix with 1 cup of plain yogurt. it's the kneeling down bees when you're eating spicy foods. it's a side garnish by the way.

yes, cucumber raita to cleanse and cool the palate at indian buffets.

here's another recipe, from Food Network:

Ingredients

* 2 pints thick yogurt (recommended: Greek yogurt)
* 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
* 1 teaspoon cumin seed
* 1 lemon, juiced
* Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
* 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
* 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
* Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Put the yogurt, cilantro, cumin, lemon juice, and salt and pepper, to taste, into a blender and puree until the mixture is smooth and green. Pour it into a bowl and fold in the cucumber and mint. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop. Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Tzatziki Sauce

* 2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
* 2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1/2 lemon, juiced
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
* 3 cloves garlic, peeled

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Process until well-combined. Transfer to a separate dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.

Yummm!! That sounds great!

But when I make Tzatziki, I prefer to mix everything together except for the cucmbers.. those I chop or shread and mix into the rest after everything else is smooth. That's how the Greek restaurants in Ottawa make it.
