That IS a nativity costume. However, it was the closest I could come to the face. You do see a lot of men here who dress like they stepped out of the pages of a Bible storybook...etc. they are driving Ferrris, talking on cell phones or using Blackberries Quite the study in contrasts.

The whole thing was my fault. I have to remember that you can't talk to men in other parts of the world the same wat tiy talk to men in North America. For some reason though, when I am in North America I am a shrinking violet yet when I travel I get bold.

Okay so <span style="font-weight: bold">flirting shamelessly </span>

He asked me if I was married and I said no. I asked him if he was married or if he had a girlfriend and when he said NO I said <span style="font-weight: bold"> LIAR</span>. There is no way a hot looking guy like you could possibly be single. Maybe you don't have <span style="font-weight: bold">A </span> girlfriend but you probably have many. I made no bones about the fact that I thought the guy was incredibly hot. He said no and I again said <span style="font-weight: bold"> LIAR</span>. I made up a name told him he should be named Raoul Antonio Cevalis. I juts played with him.

He invited me to sit beside him several times and I declined. He invited me to come back to Abu Dhabi with him and to take me on a drive somewhere. I also declined.


It was all quite innocent but I basically just messes around with his head for 1 1/2 hours and he didn't know WHAT to make of me. Figured he was going to get lucky but alas, he had bagged a girl scout.

I don't have his digits but he has mine and he has used them. I have declined his dinner invitation though. I will be heading back over to the other side of the world soon and if a 1 1/2 hour trip could disrupt my metabolism so much, no telling what a dinner would do. The tongue would definitely have had an invite. It would have been impossible to resist.

Anyway, glad you enjoyed the thread. You know Newt....you and I have seen things differently many times but you have never been rude, obnoxious or mean spirited and never have I found the need to place you on ignore. It is possible to disagree and still be civil and mature about it. Too bad some have never learned that.

Newt, maybe you could tell me, what was in the photo that mountaingal (hee gee or is it hem gee ) posted. Until I return to North America, I won't be able to see it. It's blocked by censors here.
