Saturday all day he did not call.<span style="font-weight: bold"> We do not live far apart and on one of my errands I was right in his neighbourhood, so I thought, I'd swing by his house.</span> His car wasn't there. <span style="font-weight: bold">On my way out, I saw his car heading to his house. So I thought, well, I'll just go home and call him. Got home within 10 min and tried his number and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message. </span>It is Saturday night and I still have not heard from him. I just don't know. I don't understand. We have been talking all week, no problem.

I'm wondering if I should've just went by his house and knocked on his door and take it from there and not sit and wait for him to call. BUT he said he would call me, and he also said my company would be welcome for the weekend. I just know that I am upset and looking for opinions. In the past if I call and he missed my call, he would acknowledge it. He obviously got my voice messages but he did not return my calls. </div></div>

Hello unik, welcome and glad you finally came out of lurking.
As I have hi-lighted above it shows you are lurking in real life and you have just began the first stages of stalking.

The only thing reasons why this man did not call you is because he found supm else to do, had a family ting he needed to deal wid, had a ting dat would off de kratches right away or him jus nuh inna yuh.

I would now recommend you just chill an lowe him till him come to feem senses and sees that you are a good woman and maybe he is not worthy of you.

I want to say thk you all for your very opinionated opinions (smile). Unnu not easy at all but it's good to know that you had my back.

This is what happened. He called, probably 20 min after I made the post. Turned out he had called in the afternoon but my callid by the computer only show two callers for the day and those calls came in after he called. When I chkd the upstairs phone, it showed all the calls I had missed, which incl his. He did not leave a msg tho. Sid he was busy helping his mom in the day, had gotten tired when he got back home, fell asleep after he called but did not get me. He thought I would see his number on my callid or at least come by his house.

Since it was late Saturday night and I was tired so I said call me Sunday morn. He did and we spent the entire Sunday together. This is someone I know for a year and yes we are friends with benefit. (smile) Personally, I don't see anything wrong with initiating that we go out together or spend time together for a day or wkend. Why be a wallflower and expect the guy to always be the initiator? I may have overreacted that he was ignoring me and I will admit that we have more room to grow in our friendship, whcih we are working on.

yes i was a lurker on the boarder and oh no, me no lurker in real life. It's a scary thought though that my action of driving by his house may be seen that way.
