Wouldn't your statement apply to women also?

The burden of proof seems to be place on the man, since a woman could just lay there barely moving if at all, and claim that the man is the one that is lacking in skills.

Dearjohn, your question is hypothetical. I have never yet encountered even 1 woman who talks about it every 2 seconds the way some men do. Yes a lot of women, including me, talk about men and dating and relationships a lot. That is natural, normall and human. But we sure don't go around constantly talking explicity about sex. I just don't think it's in a woman's nature to do thta, hence, I don't think your question is really relevant. But hypothetically if a woman was constantly talking explicity about sex all the time, the same thing would apply.
