Is there any way you can re-issue her a job description,or have some kind of progress meeting with her making sure to outline the things she is great at,and how efficient she is,...but also pointing out areas that you think she could possibly tighten up,she sounds like a nice person,just with the tendency to be annoying in some areas in the workplace.
