i don't think it's the african male alone...we're walking down a slippery slope when we start to say certain behaviors are genetically pre-programmed in certain races, cause they can also flip that argument &amp; say we're also genetically pre-disposed to crime, violence, infidelity, etc.
all continents &amp; races have had examples of polygamy &amp;/or polyandry
