before mi went out on leave the dicussion about another teacher joining me was already in the works. mi know har already, one arkansas ooman...she nice enough. mussi har southern charm.
she kinna stay to harself, do wah she haffi do, ahn do har business. oonu <span style="text-decoration: underline">know</span> mi nu mind daht atall. so mi did plan already for she to be around. she has already gone through the basic training and show mi har syllabus ahn select har texts, etc. but it was in no way any kinna ting weh mi was har boss. mi juss fraid seh ex-bakrah gwine upset di apple cart. plus, fi real? im is ah eediat. mi would fraid fi see what im would do wid people pikney bout im a teach dem. di man inarticulate to raxstone. if you gwine wait fi im to teach you fi open di gate (mind you di latch naw ketch) you salt.
Benifits? di only benefit (as in compensation) mi would get is extra release time (reduction in course load)...which would be perfect wid Hunter ahn tings and the experience. no money though.
Mi promise Mistress Area Director Lady mi would call har no later than Monday mawnin. aye sah.

ilp ms district manager lady sound like one reasonable smaddy, so maybe yuh tell her yes you will be happy to do it
if you have any concerns bout the eediat man mek she know and/or since is becuase of you why that course so popular , yuh might not have to put up wid ex bakrah foolishness.Comment

Once the school year is over (June 18
) I no longer need to use maternity leave because contractually I (along with every other teacher) am on break. Any work/training/workshop that a teacher does when they are on summer break, the school system must pay them for at a per hour/diem rate.
As far as I know...the training would be sometime in July. The location is still not clear. My first two training sessions sent me to Boston and then San Diego.Comment
