While we are on the topic....anyone ever used the female condom? I saw one once but did not think it would be that easy to properly use. Also did not want to have a partner try it unwrapped....[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img] maybe could try it with bob? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img] wonder if they are still on the market.?

Absolutely - I am not bothered by my period at all... they have so many alternatives today to make it almost negligible and I feel so much better each month after I go through my cycle. - I love being a woman and thats a part of it for me.

I have been on the pill since I was 20 yo - coming off once when I was 30 to have my daughter and getting back on after she was born. I am now 38 yo and I recently had a talk with my doc. - becasue I had read somewhere that being on the pill for over 10 yers can increase your risk of cancer (what the heck doesn;t these days? mi hear seh red meat increase risk of breast cancer in women by 34% and after menopause by 64%, then I heard that alcohol in moderation increase risk of cancer in women I was like \o/ - what the hell suck all the pleasures out of life mi may as well jus ded an done - but I digress) anyway - he said - thats not true his wife has been on it for umpteen years and if he thought or knew there was such a risk he would not let her continue (this is my gyno)

So really - it all boils down to preference - they all have their pros and cons - pick your poison - there si nothig that is failsafe or foolprrof or 100% guranteed - unless u can convince mister man to get a snip snip...

it looked like a sandwich bag to me and i thought, what's the difference between that and a regular plastic bag with a ring on the end. guess it covers up the outside of the area tho. if sex is so dangerous, i think i'll just drink [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whatever.gif[/img] but wait, that'll increase my chances of developing breast cancer [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img]

Uhm i've been following this tread...quite informative...I use allesse....during college for brief period i was placed on the pill due to serious ccramps i had it really bad and nothign helped...pills did thou [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img] always was regular but oh so painful as in pani for the whole time, i couldn't eat, sleep or function properly. End up getting off it because the darn thing kept causing Y-infection somethign i never had before...please not when i decided to go back on it 2 yrs ago the docs here say pills no cause that so they don't know what the Jamaican doctor talking about [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img] i had pain on and off during those yrs and wasn't doing a thing so neva needed it...then met this one here and had to go back on due to fear of pregnancy on both our parts....anyways the point of this longggg story anybody else just plain don't have the males come inside them...i notice no one uses that method???

well i use it plus mi pills just in case...and i have never forgotten to take my pills....every morning after 6....plus not a fan of sperms so just the thought of it dripping in me makes my skin crawl..

that was only on an episode of seinfield. the today sponge is still widely available here.
