First off I wasn't referring to HS graduation - Nor do I list every place of employment - I won't bother to discuss how I lay out my resume with you - now you're just being condescending and thats not cute... suffice it to say any astute hiring HR professional will be able to deduce how old you are despite whatever smokescreens you try to throw up to disguise it... and if they don;t once you walk through the door it will be revealed anyway...

I am not asking any one to tell lies. It is one thing to say "I have not experienced it" and quite another to try to put me down when I am actually giving you some really good advice and warning you to be careful.

Mi naw go baddah....companies and individuals pay me for advice. So my bad for giving it away for free when it is clearly no appreciated. Next time I see someone heading into a precipice, if they haven't paid me for advice...I will not say a thing.

You assume people are putting you down but if one person has not had the experience it means other haven't either we do not have to share why we don't agree with your stated facts which are really your opinions, which would actually get a different response if stated as such " .. eg "In my opinion..."

If I listened to your "advice" I would not have my current job ... cause one mi would start wonder if mi is an affirmative action hire instead of focusing on all the good things about my job. And yes I have a career I love. You don't have to answer this but is your paid advice of a pessimistic/negative kind? That is how your free advice comes across. Yes my manager is blond, blue eyed and big boobed so I don't think you would even give her a chance to share her brilliant mind with you. But mi not so bright and mi no have the high aspirations you have so we really in a different league so you might be right about a few things...

A couple on here have been really nasty to me and worked really hard for it and they deserve it.
