Great meal plan Blackstar.

I'm not sure of the goal you are trying to accomplish... Is it healthy eating, or is it a goal to eat healthy <span style="font-weight: bold">and</span> lose weight.

What are you doing for cardio to help with the weight loss?

I am down for this... my eating habit sucks, as I do not eat.

I am burning more than what I put in and it causes too much weight loss. For my level of activity, I should be eating. There has to be a balance...

<span style="font-style: italic">Edited to add that I gained 5 lbs per the scale over the past 3 months. Great milestone and my clothes size has not changed, which is good.</span>

I enjoy running, but right now I'm just too heavy to do more than run for the bus. I'd like to start the couch to 5K program after two sizes down and when the weather warms up.

I can join in. My issue is that I cannot get to sleep therefore do not wake up refreshed to exercise and eat well. I do need to go down a few sizes and try to eat well until the nighttime
It also does not help that i no longer have periods so all them hormone things that go with it makes losing weight harder.

Our family is moving toward a vegetarian diet so we have definitely been avoiding meat &amp; chicken. I need to seriously cut down on the carbs though

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: PBJ on a whole wheat bagel

Snack: 1 apple

Dinner: Wrap - lettuce tomatoes, irish cheese, olives and TVP* shredded beef

*TVP - Textured Vegetable Protein


Seriously need to increase my water intake. It is said you need to drink half your body weight in water in ounces

Number one motivator that prevents eating is stress. When I am stressed out the sight, thought, scent and anything that is food makes my stomach turn. When I am less stressed, I am really not motivated to eat or prepare a meal. Breakfast is the only meal plan that I make an effort to prepare. Usually there is no appetite for food and no desire to cook.

The past week I was away from home and ate like a horse. I think part of it was someone cooked for me and the food was different. Today, I've started on a meal plan and this has been it so far... Hopefully, I will keep up with something consistent.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Breakfast:</span>
Coffee
Hot cereal (oatmeal or other)
1 Egg

<span style="font-weight: bold">Lunch:</span>
Yogurt
Banana
Apple
Nut mix (almonds, peanuts, raisins)

<span style="font-weight: bold">Supper:</span>
Steamed vegetable and rice mix
1 glass of wine for the evening

u spose fi drink all dat in one day....oonuh no hear say the world fresh water supply a deplete and we need fi conserve dat sounds like u intent fi drink one jum pan full a water

eg 150lb smaddy fi drink 75 oz of water , slightly more than the old 64 oz recommendation

I'm dropping weight like crazy.

What is working well for me is A <span style="font-size: 23pt">HUGE</span> breakfast, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, whole grain toast etc... . Lunch is usually green tea and maybe a banana or a couple spoons of natural peanut butter with prunes. Dinner time is some fresh veggies with tahini or humus for dip. Nothing to eat after dinner!!!! Before bedtime I drink some protein powder mixed up in some water.

I would love to join in but dont know how i'm going to do it... highly stressed therefore I eat... i even eat throughout the night when I cant sleep... I only have 6lbs of baby weight to lose from this baby then 5 from first baby and between 10-15 more for good measure ... i'll end up between size 6 and 8. The plan is...

start cooking separate meals for me to include more veggies (raw and cooked)
whole wheat or corn tortillas instead of bread and bagels
I drink skim milk 2-3 times daily need to get back to drinking my 4 liitres of water and going back to the gym.

Are you a vegetarian, Milo?What kind of quantities are you talking about? I seem to have an idea of you being quite tall so can't imagine you eating such light meals for lunch &amp; dinner. At least you don't have to spend time slaving over a hot stove.
