thanks for the welcome ladies i do appreciate it. skells when i was reading your posting i felt like it mirrored my own journey in many ways. my biggest challenge is the weekends. i do well w/routine, through the week my routine is down pat, as far as what i eat especially breakfast and lunch doesn't really vary and my exercise of chose, walking, which i do at work. the weekends i let my hair down and lbs pick up. but monday back to routine and usually lose atleast a lb a day. and by the end of week lost what i gained over the previous weekend.
another thing for me that works is weighing myself daily. when i 1st started my journey i did the once a week, but w/the daily it helps to keep me in check and i'm to fass to wait for the once a week check in.
