ok plantain tart finish ...no weight gain

i would love to do a kickboxing class..can't find none that not attached to a gym or karate place that want contract

yeah them have class on fitness tv and i see some decent dvds

but me doan waan kick in mi tv and caan bodda with the constant rearranging of furniture to have enough space.

Hello my name is Kia and I am a stress eater

Had a great day exercise wise, eating wise was good too until the boypickney come hot up mi nerves and mi just ketch miself a walk inna de pantry and tek a ginger snap

Today I stopped myself in time and drank a glass of water without flinging it in the baffanheadbway head which is what I wanted to do... then I was still vex and drank 2 more glasses of wata

If I can remember to do this each time, I think I will be well hydrated and exercised (from all the trips to the bathroom).
