meal plan

You do not have to buy all of this stuff, just get what you need and like



Proteins:

Eggs (lots), tilapia, chicken breast, ground turkey, tuna, shrimp, scallops, salmon, tofu,



Carbs:

oatmeal or cream of wheat (non-flavored), brown rice, sweet potatoes



Veggies:

broccoli, spinach(fresh or frozen), mixed salad greens, tomatoes, etc

*Feel free to add any other veggies like tomatoes, red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms* (Optional)



Fruit:

fuji apples, oranges, and strawberries, grapefruit, blackberries, watermelon, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries,



Dairy Products:

Greek yogurt, part-skim string cheese, protein powder (optional).



Snacks:

100 Calorie anything

Almonds or Cashews

What is here is here. Through out the process, I will begin to take things away from you as we get closer to the finish line, so make sure you watch the posts. Feel free to ask and answer each other's questions. I won't make any exceptions, so don't ask ; ). There are a few things here that I don't enjoy, but I do it becasue I like the results. Make sure you commit to a realistic goal that will keep you honest and successful. Once oyu start, there is no stopping. It's okay to do less than 5 weeks. If you choose to do it for 5, then stay true to it.



Below is a list of times that I recommend you try to eat the same time everyday.



Meal Time Frames: (or make your own times)

Breakfast 6-8am

Snack 10am

Lunch 12-1pm

Snack 3-4pm

Dinner:7- 8pm

Night Time Snack: time will vary depending on how late you stay up



Breakfast :

Egg whites (boiled or scrambled)- You determine you own amount, everyone is different.

Plain oatmeal or Cream of wheat

You may add a 1/2 banana or 1 small chopped apple, or handful of berries



Snack OptionsIf you're hungry in between meals)

Snack options:

1. Apple and 1 part skim string cheese

or

2. 3 boiled egg whites and 15 cashews/almonds (Guys can have more if needed)

or

3. 15 Cashews/almonds and 1 part skim string cheese



Lunch:

Proteins: Chicken, fish, or turkey

Carbohydrates: 1 serving of carbs, go by the package. If it seems to large, then do half portion of carbs. If you're working out, then you need your carbs for fuel!



Veggies: Asparagus, or broccoli, or spinach, or fresh green beans, or brussel sprouts.

Have an apple or an orange

Eat all of the veggies you'd like.



Mid-day Snack:

1 protein shake,

or

2-4 boiled/scrambled eggs (whites only) with 2 Rice Cakes (flavored okay)



Dinner:

Fish, chicken, or turkey

Veggies: Asparagus, or broccoli, or spinach, or fresh green beans, or brussel sprouts.

Have an a grapefruit with dinner



Bedtime Snack: (You're only allowed one choice)

100 Calorie Snack

or

1 Glass of Wine

or

Berry Salad (No more than a cup) with greek yogurt. When I say berry, I mean strawberries, etc.....



*If you can't handle having one glass of wine, then don't do it! I allowed it because I took away other things from you. If you cheat, then you're just cheating because there's enough here to feed your cravings. I allowed you a small pleasure since you're giving up your freedom to help me succeed : )



If it isn't on this menu, then you shouldn't be eating or drinking it. Don't ask! Follow the diet along with the workout and you will succeed!

You will consume 1/2 gallon of water per day (minimum). You may have a salad anytime with a meal or during the day. No creamy dressings! Use one serving, look at the bottle and see what one serving is.

ok still had more money on mi gift cerfiticate so i picked up two more DVDs

the poor man's p90x dem seh and this one



and it look like me and tae bo not gwine get along ....is a good thing ting it was very cheap and me was just trying it out.
