I have gained 5lbs... my clothes fitting my body nicely.
I hope to keep the little weight gain and not lose it. Stress and lack of sleep are a factor in my weight loss... I have been sleeping much better at nights... eating better.... feeling a world better... still working out like crazy (that'll never stop lol!)... and I feel great.
I have been maintaining a consistent meal plan each day.

I have to eat one real heavy meal a day.....that was fore dis bellie
