apparently I was dehydrated...still waiting to see the weight go back down...must admit I am under a whole bag a stress and I let miself get away dis weekend but back to biz again...

but...erm...watt a ting when yu in di miggle a yu run and yu shoes bottom drop off

oh well ...just got a nice pair of NB and they fit well ...immediately feeling trhe built in arch support...

So to celebrate I went to the brand new Popeye's nex door to work (1 of only 3 in the entire state) and had one a dem Zattarain's shrimp basket

Skells - not the <span style="font-style: italic">best </span>move but - DONT SWEAT IT!

It's not like you've been eating like this all week - just a little slip up.

Just get back on the horse tomorrow. Go for a walk both in the morning, no matter how early you have to get up, and in the eve, if you can. Drink your water.

Don't dwell on it - look how good you've been doing. Just keep moving forward.

8 weeks in. Lost only 10 lbs. The weight was yo-yoing...the other day I had nearly 10lbs of water weight gain!! Anyway I am fitting loosely into a size 8 and snugly in a size 6 Coming from a size 16 this is a tremendous victory for me! Haven't been a size 6 since 10 years ago.... The numbers on the scale not going down as fast as I anticipated but mi body is shrinking and i can feel it. Two more weeks til mi reveal mi carnival baddi

Congratulations, Skelly!

I've told you to not watch the numbers on the scale as it does not count. What count are the inches that you lose as you continue working out you are turning fat into muscles. The weight on the scale may stay the same but you *are* losing inches and this you can see by the drop in your clothes size.

Now keep it up and importantly maintain a healthy lifestyle.

OK..so i did not hit the 20 lbs I was looking for... I did lose over 10 though and I am happy...I will still push forward to achieve my goal weight but I look great as it is...so as promised here is di pic...
