Mi caan badda log mi meals ova deh so..I did good tideh fi di most part
Breakfast...
One egg scrambled wid tomatoes and onions (skillet coated in fat free spray)
Lunch
A nice salad of lettuce (diff kinds) spinach mushrooms tomatoes cucumbers shredded carrots and chicken breast
Snack
handful of tropical trail mix
Dinner
Mi know mi kinda cheat here but oh well...
vegetarian baked beans w cucumbers
If I feel for a snack later I will have a tablespoon of hummus wid some celery
Nuff watah in between...mi belly was very rumbly tideh..all inna wan meeting it was quiet except fi di speaker an fi mi belly a chat back to mi
