been using MAC StudioFIx powder foundation for over 10 years now - before dem change the product numbers... tried other stuff in between but nothing compares... $25 per compact every 2-3 months - that works for me. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]

I think their foundation makes me look too fake...I like a sheer natural coverage and CG or Maybelline works well for me.

I have to say that their lip gloss on my lips was OMG to die forlordhelpeme [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70377-loveeyes.gif[/img]

compared to the one that I purchased from revlon [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]

but there must be comparable drugstore products for shadows. </div></div>

I love the Lipglass...been wearing it for 5 years now and still can't find a lip gloss that lasts as long as that [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]

Mi nuh too like di looks of people weh wear MAC. Dem always look like dem just bout fi do photo shoot, which mi think is impractical fi di work place.

mi need to disclose daht mi nuh wear di <s>warpaint</s>, mi mean makeup cah mi fava clown when mi put it on...

I wear only MAC except for the mascara...I prefer cheap drugstore brand Maybeline. MAC stuff lasts me for ever so the price is worth it. I have brown powder eye shadow that I use as a eye liner and I have had it almost 3 years and it just now break thru to show the bottom of the pot...so the $14 or so was well worth it. I dont wear foundation but love the studio fix powder and LOVE LOVE LOVE their powder blush.

I am a loyal MAC user and contrarty to what the one named ILP say...me nuh look like I am bout to do photo shoot....me juss look natural...its all how you wear it! [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]

see that's why yuh need fi mek one a dem (artist) show yuh how fi apply it. mi did alwasy fraid fi do the "smoky eye" look cause sometime it look like seh the smaddy juss done get tump inna dem yeye

Well jus call me "camera ready" cause I have worn it every day for over 10 years... never thought it looked unnatural nor have I gotten any comments to that effect.
I love it because of the ease of application - the simplicity of a powder with the coverage of foundation what could be better...

But Jazz there is just something about having a darker complexion...when you put on some brands of makeup it just looks too cakey hence, fake...I like a light natural foundation that blends in, not something i have to paint on...and Mac just hasn't done that for me.

if them have sample mi will try it, but I usually prefer a sheer superlight oilfree liquid, because I use light dusting of powder to set [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img]
