But Jazz there is just something about having a darker complexion...when you put on some brands of makeup it just looks too cakey hence, fake...I like a light natural foundation that blends in, not something i have to paint on...and Mac just hasn't done that for me.

Thanks Skelly - from what I have seen of the MAC Studiofix line they run the gamut of very dark to very light - and u can make the coverage as light or as dark as u want... what I love most about it is that I don;t feel like I am wearing anything at all - and I can jump into the pool with it and it wears just like I had just applied it... no streaking no bride of chucky look...

lise watier??? never heard of it - is it only available in Canada?

i don't know if lise watier is exclusively canadian, but i got it at shoppers. because i was having the same problem with the powder even looking too heavy and crepy and fake. the shoppers' drug mark make-up guy introduced it to me. he was wearing a fair bit of make up himself &lt;&lt;-- bless his heart. and i've embraced it since.

U tink ah nuh likkle foundation mi come troo fe fine de perfeck wan??? mi bredda ah ja. used to laugh afta mi an tell mi how mi fayva tammy fay bakker wen mi used to try fashion fair an some odda wan... but no matta wat I have always been a beliver in foundation to smooth out de complexion.
