the statement you posted is simple death worship.. When the Christians came to the new world... the Taino were astonisjed and revolted that anyone could pray to the dead... a definition of a dead god would be a picture of the cruixifixtion.. yet the Christians were astonished and revolted by the death worship of the Aztecs and the Mayans....

how do you resolve the question of the existence of evil, without the canard of there being an agent as the source...and is there a means in your philosophy for the resolution of evil....I think people would benefit from an understanding of evil and a resolution to it's existence that is not based in a canard or myth.

As such what we label as evil is in part determined by who we are(our culture, ideologies and personal experiences) and partly by the context and available information.

In that respect evil just is. Bad things happen. Bad things happen to good people, bad things happen to bad people.
