Boricua papi literally means Puerto Rican father which is ironic since I have no kids. Not much thought went into it but it kind of stuck.

Not at all. Much of the disparity one may notice in young people's aptitudes have little to do with genetic factors. Socialization is what tends to promote or stifle abilities in most endeavors.

Democratic. The comparison isn't even close. By in large, National Science Foundation funding drops precipititously in key areas when a Republican administration takes office. Much of this results from the redistribution of National Budget funds into defense spending.

During a poster session at the fall American Geophysical Union conference in San Francisco.

Not really, I just wondered if I had hit terminal velocity during the freefall (~120 mph) and if my lifeless body would actually bounce a couple of times off of the airfield grass if the parachute failed.

His recent revelation that black holes will eventually release matter that they have absorved during their lifetimes makes complete sense from mass conservation principles. The consumption of mass by these objects has been of thorn in the side of many current dark matter theories.

Yes but was never very fond if it. I found it somewhat pedantic. Other sci-fi programs took much more imaginative approaches to "parallel universes" including the little known series that premiered on Fox in the 90's called Sliders and of course Star Trek TNG aired by far the best program treating this subject in a 4th season episode called Yesterday's Enterprise.

Nothing in quantum field theory forbids the existence of "other universes." However, I am not aware of any conceivable way that we could validate their existence or nonexistence.
