I think she may have learned this fact from her research. At least when I go to Church I am there to listen to the Pastor, and not scrutinize the makeup of the congregation.

There is NO limit to the number of times one can discuss an issue from any number of angles one chooses. If a topic is not of interest to you...move on. That is what I do.

So I would like to ask you a question with all due respect – during the period of time that you have lamented the lack of interest that Black Jamaican Christian Men have shown in you, have you ever, even for a second, taken the time to do an inventory of your own attributes and persona to see if there may be something there that might be contributing to your situation?

Rollin'Calf. I apologize for the confusion. You may have missed it but I have specified time and time again that I do not KNOW very many Black Christian single men or Black Jamaican men who are single and Christian. PERIOD!! So my comments are not directed and have never been directed at Black men or Black Jamaican men. With few exceptions, the Christian men I know are White.

From time to time I have specified the race of the person or people to whom I am referring to avoid this confusion (so much so that I have been ATTACKED and criticized for doing so). To avoid this confusion, from now on, I will AGAIN return to the practice of specifying the race of the people to whom I am referring EACH and EVERY time I start a thread:

Sorry RollinCalf. I am not a Black Jamaican Christian woman in denial. I don't play the blame the victims of racism game that so many of us are far too willing to play. I face reality as it is and call things as they are even if that upsets some people. I will leave it to others to bury their heads in the sand.

Why base your worldview on something that does not biologically exist? The concept of "race" is meaningless when fossil and genetic evidence points to a common ancestral hominid root. "Race" is a contrived construct - it panders to our sense of xenophobia. I refuse to succomb to its divisiveness. Can you say the same thing?
