I don't call this foreseeing.
For me foreseeing is if he didn't do anything to interfere with the "future". Which again is not possible because whatever will happen will happen.
Even going to the obeah man to influence the future was at one time in the future.

Of course what ever he did will ensure that you will win and it is with this certainty that he will win.
when i am about to sit an exam I know I will get an A, whatever I do to ensure give me this surity that I will get that A. That is not seeing the future as you would say.
But I am open to find out.

In other words, not every obeahman can foresee.
it seems as if you are saying that if he is an obeahman, he should be able to foresee. that is not the case.
This limited to me examples, like wid water, egg, pebbles and sand. not every obeah man deal wid that as far as i know. obeahmen also specialize.
