I have to admit this was probly the best bashment report ever - becasue we got the pics and the anticpation built up right to the moment... almost felt like I was there...

I am sorry i missed it - certainly won't next time around.

I have a very important question though...

Did Tecky do the ceremonial dance as promised and where are the pics to prove it??

I just had a fantastic time…many many thanks to all the fine people I met over the weekend…so glad you all came to the bash…my first and surely not my last. Maybe by the next one, you folks will be used to my accent. Stayed so long at Nina’s, I think the men were wondering if I was settling in til winter. 5:30 came around much too quickly last night…hated to leave…especially when nina puts that pouty face on…and after having such a great time sharing, caring and bonding like real friends do. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Nice to finally see the woman who I’ve been pming, e-ing, IM-ing and otherwise harassing for all this time.

Nina…my dear sweet friend, your home was lovely. Warm and welcoming, same as the company. Why oh why do you have to live so damn far away? So enjoyed the visit…and yes, even the hugs. Who said I don’t like to be hugged? So you abused me for days…laughed at my mechanical handicaps…worked me to death…and then pushed me out the door. That’s what I call love. Thanks for lending me your men…they’re great guys, kept me entertained, as I suspect I did them. amazing how people can come together as we all did at the bash from such different backgrounds.. and find still such common ground.... my faith in the human spirit..

friendships mean everything to me... i take nothing for granted... so sure.. wear my heart on my sleeve.......
