I will give you a clue right here. This is a forum to post Trip Reports and Photos and, additionally, to comment on them. When comments are intended to inflame by posting with a lack of sensitivity by the mean-spirited amongst us then it becomes necessary, in my opinion, to rebuke, edit and otherwise cancel out their negativity before it becomes an epidemic. We have seen this before in other areas of this board and I am determined to not allow that in this forum.

You notice that as soon as one numbskull posts this trash, another jumps at the opportunity to make the situation even worse and on it goes. Nip it in the bud and everything will eventually go back to some semblance of normalcy (Whatever that is?

)

Let's all just relax here and have fun. No one is trying to stop everyone from having fun but even in recess and play time at school, someone has to keep some order or chaos can and will become the norm.

And perhaps his head "was firmly planted elsewhere?" This is not debatable. His post is gone and that was my decision. I can not second guess his motives nor his inability to make a coherent point. He was potentially causing a problem and with that in mind, I took a proactive stance. Perhaps it would be an idiot who saw boardrat's post as more than Limburger Cheese? Regardless. This is the last word in this thread on the topic.

Ya know Scottie...that very well could be. Boardrat could bery well have been trying to be "funny". BUT...no where in Boardrats post was a single emoticon used (board rules state to use them freely to help get across the true meanings of the typed words). AND the fact that this post made by boardrat is the ONLY post on this entire board by this poster tells me that this post was made only to stir up some trouble. Something we have had far too much of lately. This "boardrat" log in is not a new member...they been registered for a very long time...so why this and only this post...we can only guess. My guess...they use their "other" login for all other posts. They must not realize we can look at their IP address and compare it to all other members to determine their real intent.

As moderators we are all tired....VERY tired. All we want is some peace and harmony. Geos trip report is about Geo's trip...not about stiring up old arguements or starting new ones.

NOW...has anybody tried the smoked provolone....AWESOME on a turkey sandwich!

I go back about every 3 months. I have a Thanks Giving trip in the planning, if there is a trip some time soon It will be a last minute trip.
I have something, in August, in Kingston that I want to attend but the date isn’t set yet.
I feel a little uncomfortable because I would love to go back in mid July but because of this Kingston situation I cant book anything.

My report is over, if anyone has questions or needs to see more photos I will be happy to respond.

Yes... this would be my first trip to the eastern part of Jamaica. My friend is going up Thursday to Kingston to pay the sponsors fee to Pulse Modeling Agency. I am sponsoring her for the classes required.

This is a trip she will take for 2 months every Thursday night for classes at the agency. In August I hope I will be with her at the competition at Pegasus Hotel in Kingston.
I understand the heat in August is brutal so I might just fly over for 2 nights from Negril for the finals.

How's Thanks Giving looking for a trip down?
I still would like to look at your land in the hills over looking Negril. I'll be in Negril for 14 days.
