Geo - Good Morning! I so enjoyed reading about your last visit to Negril. I was looking for your trip report in the "other chat room" where you first PM'd me and let me know you would be visiting The Bird. I never knew about this chat line. My office friend told me about this one - I thought I would check it out ... and I found the report I was looking for!

I had been speaking with my guy and he told me he had seen you briefly - I was hoping for a photo of you, Chris, and him taken in that spot I know so well, as well as any word or news from him and others at The Bird. I was hoping to get back there as soon as school is out with my son - but we have postponed for a bit. We are trying to get it together to build my future "retirement" home ... building onto and upgrading his home and property .... and I can not do both - help finance the upgrading and travel - so, we must bite the bullet and wait a bit longer.

If my son's father will take him over the Thanksgiving Holiday - it would be fun to "crash" your gathering and meet you in person.

Your photo's are wonderful .... that beach breakfast at The Bird is the BEST!! Wednesday and Saturday mornings ....... love their dumplings!!

I’m sorry I was going to post a report over on the other site; I still may do that.

I went down to The Bird almost every day trying to get Bim and everyone in a photo.
When I had the camera they weren’t there, when they were there, I did not have the camera. I talked to Bim.... when we stood by the road with Tony the driver in the white car that sits out by the road.
Even the man across the road with the van came over they all talked about the experience when you first met Bim.

If you can make it on Thanksgiving that would be wonderfu. Alot of us are at Rondel Village.
My g’friend needs the TV. I need the AC and the Jacuzzi. I sure hope you can be there….
We will go to the cliffs for TG diner I hope you can be there also.

Oh Yes - that infamous Monday afternoon that brought Bim and me together and changed the direction of both our lives .... who would have guessed?? I know Tony as well ... he has carried me and Matthew around town often; and all the others that came from across the road and all around that afternoon they heard me screaming for all of Negril to hear.

You are funny ..... your Girl needs the TV, you need the A/C and Jacuzzi bath ..... all I need when I get there is my Bim.

I did it again .... I just had to press my delete key over and over. I get carried away once I start "talking" and reveal way too much .... and as you stated in your trip information .... he is a very private man ... and I talk too much.

Anyway - fun to run into you here - and Thanksgiving is on my calendar - who knows ... it might just happen.
