I know exactly who you are talking about and I think they are different kids. I was hanging out at the beach and I saw this little boy and his sister. They were both adorable, so I asked to take a picture. The young man with the fish came up to me and asked if I wanted to buy some. I told him no, but I would love to take his picture. Too bad it came out so dark because of the trees above us. It was cool to show them the pictures. They got so excited and wanted copies. I told them that I wished I could print some out, but I'd have to take the camera to the shop.

Sugar if you get copies of the kids pictures made I will take them to them in Nov. if you like. They will remember that you took them, they don't forget anything.

Hey Dr. O. Thanks for the kinds words. Another installment soon come. I was going to take my child to Chucky Cheese(she thinks everyday is her birthday and who am I to tell her otherwise), but little Miss got into trouble because she is so spunky. I like that she is assertive and opioniated, but dang. So I have extra time on my hands.

I clean up the apartment for Tia and play the waiting game. I though that she would be here around 12:00 because her flight includes the flight to Boscobel. It’s 1:00 now and I’m starting to worry. I go to the front desk and let them know that Tia is coming and I decide to go for a walk. I smile at Chris as I leave Fisherman’s and decide to just go back toward town.





One thing that I learned is that when I go to JA again I will NEVER wear a shirt that says Sugar on it. As I’m walking all these men are coming up to me singing Sugar songs or calling out hey Sugar. Now this happens sometimes by chance that a man calls me Sugar and I turn around, but today was ridiculous. I’m getting used to all the attention that I’m getting. But I started thinking-why am I getting all this attention. I know that men here are very verbal in how they are thinking, but how much of this can be attributed to the fact that I’m an American or a tourist. I remember this cute guy on the corner who tried to convince me that I should tell him where I lived so that he could come back to my hotel room and give me the best sex ever. Now I know I’m not the most beautifullest thing in this world-so come on. I ask him would he be saying this to me if I was a Jamaican woman. The look of shock on his face was priceless. Come on player, I can recognize game when I see it. I decide to go back to the hotel.

Tia Comes and Drama Starts
I finish reading Rita Marley’s No Woman No Cry(I recommend it). Finally around 3:00 Tia arrives.


I get her up to the room and can’t stop talking about last night and Chris. I told her about the first room and showed her the ocean. She told me that she wasn’t surprised because she felt that something was going to happen when she talked to me. When Ms. Tia travels she doesn’t play. She has more stuff than I do and she got here days after I got here. We decide to go to the beach. I think having a three year old has made me a no muss no fuss girl. I fell out laughing as we got ready. I changed into my bathing suite, took off my earrings grabbed my cover-up, towel and my camera. Tia changed into her bathing suite, put on full make-up, did her hair, grabbed her hat and sunglasses and was ready to go. Diva do your thang. We get over to the beach and I head straight for the water. I don’t really do the sunbathing, trying to work on a tan thing. Tia finds a spot in the shade and relaxes. Today at the beach was uneventful. There really wasn’t that many people on the beach, so I just did my floating talking to God thing. After about an hour, I came back up to where the water breaks on the sand and Tia came into the water. I just caught her up on what’s been happening and we decide what we are going to do for the rest of the day.

The Walk Back To The Hotel

On the way back I wink at Chris and we head up to the room to take showers. She goes in first while I lounge and watch TV. After I put my clothes on the phone rings. Tia answers it and says that I have a visitor at the front desk. Visitor at the front desk? She finds out that it is Marlon. I think I lost my ever-loving mind. I was jumping up and down screaming what is he doing here!!!!! He isn’t supposed to be here!!!!!!! I’m hanging out with Chris tonight. I remembered earlier that we had talked about him coming on Tuesday night to go see Bob tomorrow, but I figured he would call first. Why didn’t he call first???? About a minute later the phone rings and Chris says that he would like to see me. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. If Marlon asked for me Chris would know. Oh my goodness what am I going to do??????
